PANDA BAND

another belated post from yours truly. my friend milad stumbled across this band at a melting point show, and swooped up their ep for me as a christmas gift [ps milad were you able to retrieve my card??]. the cd features an excellent panda graphic that looks to me like he's swinging in a hammock on the base of the cd.

my friend kristin brought this article to my attention. gu gu is a panda at the beijing zoo and this is not his first, but his THIRD attack. but really wouldn't you attack anyone who came into your home as well? although it wasn't very nice of him to resist the loving advances of the "drunken tourist who jumped into his pen and tried to hug him. the tourist retaliated by biting the bear in the back." though at least the tourist had his own defenses.
